We want to give you a better world
At Poc a Poc, we personally select each material, working only with suppliers who share our ethical and fair ideals. We understand that sustainability is based on conscious production and the circular economy. Our textile materials come exclusively from certified crops, farms, and factories in India that strictly adhere to environmental and social standards. Furthermore, we produce limited quantities of garments to ensure there are no surpluses. At Poc a Poc, we are achieving our goals. We want to provide you with a better, healthier world for all.
Organic Cotton
Pacha Mama!
The cotton we use in our designs comes from farms that meet organic standards and have internationally recognized certifications. We respect Mother Earth, Pacha Mama! Our planet's soils need to regenerate, we need to take care of our home. We will be gone, but it's necessary to leave future generations a clean and well-maintained place so they can enjoy our Blue Planet.
Biodiversity
Unlike conventional cotton, organic cotton is grown without the use of pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. It is based on sustainable practices, crop rotation, and the use of compost, thus promoting biodiversity and healthy soil. This method of growing crops results in significant water savings, as organic soil has a better capacity to retain moisture.
Recycled Cotton
We recover surplus fabrics from production or discarded fabrics, actively supporting the circular economy and promoting efficient and reduced resource use.
Recycled cotton, in addition to reducing the carbon footprint, extends the lifespan of textile products, avoiding fabric waste and giving them a second life. By avoiding producing cotton from scratch, we ensure efficient use of natural resources and avoid unnecessary energy expenditure.
By 2024, we will have produced 1,000 garments by recycling surplus cotton, equivalent to 680 kg of this material.
0% pesticides
Recycled cotton means reusing and not producing more cotton, and it results in a total reduction in water consumption and a 100% reduction in pesticide use compared to conventional cotton production.
Certifications
We have certifications that guarantee the responsible sourcing of materials, traceability throughout the supply chain, and sustainable production practices under fair working conditions.
Factories
At Poc A Poc, we operate from our artisan workshop, which is crucial to us, and even more so are the conditions of the people who work there. We work closely with our suppliers and rigorously monitor their compliance with their commitment to providing ethical working conditions. We do not work with any third-party supplier who does not share our commitment.
Traceability of recycled materials
An effective ERP system for traceability of our products, recycled materials, and their calculation process will be established soon.
Labor equality
It has been verified that good practices are being carried out regarding equal treatment for workers.

Finishes and packaging
Buttons and fittings
The finishes on our garments, both buttons and fittings, have been adapted to sustainable and biodegradable materials. They're made of wood, seashells... Taking small steps toward a cleaner world!
Bags
We use jute bags for our shipments. The material is produced from the white jute plant and, to a lesser extent, red jute. It is completely biodegradable and the bags can be reused.
Labels and we march
Our outer labels are made of recycled paper with vegetable dye printing and decorated with string and shells.
Textile labels
The inner labels are made of organic cotton. All biodegradable.
